Summary: Our customer''s first and last impression of the facility will depend on how they aretreated by our staff. A server is an integral part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Theserver position ensures a positive dining experience by greeting guests, taking/servingorders, managing payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff.

Responsibilities: Ensuring the highest level of service and guests'' satisfaction by utilizing the

Standard Operating Procedures.

Guest Interaction: Greet and seat guests, present menus, answer questions,offer recommendations, and check on their satisfaction throughout the meal.

Order Management: Take accurate food/drink orders, enter them into the POSsystem, communicate special needs to kitchen/bar, and ensure timely delivery.

Service Delivery: Serve meals and beverages, refill drinks,



clear finishedcourses, and reset tables efficiently.

Financial Transactions: Handle payments, process transactions accurately,and provide correct change.

Restaurant Upkeep: Prepare dining areas (setting tables), perform side work(rolling silverware, cleaning), and maintain sanitation and safety standards.

Teamwork: Assist colleagues by seating tables, running food, and stepping inwhen needed to support the overall team.

Completing opening/closing and side duties as delegated by your managementteam.

Qualifications: Must be an energetic individual Previous serving experience (preferred) Well-organized with robust communication skills Positive Individual who is teamwork-oriented and committed to working in a funfast paced environment Smart Serve Certification Minimum 18 years of age Safe food handling certification is an asset Reliable transportation is required Working Conditions: Bending, balance, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), extended periods of standing Working weekends and holidays will be required Reason for Vacancy: Seasonal Position based on the weather and golf season
