This role involves building wooden pallets using a pneumatic nail gun , working with raw lumber, and meeting daily production targets.

excellent family values Responsibilities Assemble wooden pallets according to specifications Operate a pneumatic nail gun safely and efficiently Measure, align, and secure wood components Inspect finished pallets for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production goals Read blueprints to build wood products General warehouse duties Requirements Experience using hand tools is preferred Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted; lifting is a regular activity Must have steel-toed boots/shoes ( Green Seal CSA Approved ) Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle Have a great team attitude and willingness to help Good communication skills Comfortable working in a loud environment Strong safety adherence, including wearing all provided PPE Comfortable standing and working on your feet for the entire shift Strong attention to safety and quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Manufacturing or construction experience is an asset #INDSTRIVEON
