This role is centered on Dynatrace orchestration, monitoring, performance optimization, and end-to-end transaction visibility across critical business applications.

The position works closely with application owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams in a hybrid delivery model.

Must Haves 3+ years Dynatrace experience Very familiar with Dynatrace integration with Service

Now Very Familiar with leveraging Dynatrace Davis AI and enabling to its full potential Strong knowledge and experience with Dynatrace SRG, workflows, defining guardians, objectives and integration with JIRA/SNOW Familiar with integrating SRG into deployment pipelines to in force the usage of SRG as go/no-go decisions Very familiar with Dynatrace WCCS framework (Gen-3 Dashboards) from business centric view,



experience enabling true E2E observability Strong understanding of SRE golden signals (app tier, web tier, DB tier) and how to setup alerts/thresholds accordingly as per SLO/SLI/SLAs Proficiency with Dynatrace DQL Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.

Nice to Have Dynatrace Certifications Background in software development or platform Engineering Experience in large enterprise environments Responsibilities Dynatrace Full orchestration (all Dynatrace phases, Infra, Synthetic Monitoring, RUM (Real User Monitoring) OS, DB and Incident management) Work with application owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams.

Provide recommendations for improving application performance and reliability.

Install, configure, and upgrade Dynatrace components.

Manage Dynatrace tenants, environments, and user access.

Monitor application health, availability, and performance.

Track end-to-end transactions across distributed systems.

Ensure critical business applications meet performance targets.
