General Description: As the Deal Desk Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end commercial execution process across quoting, approvals, and contract execution globally.
You will play a critical role in enabling efficient, scalable, and compliant deal execution, ensuring processes are simple, transparent, and aligned to company policies and best practices.
Instrumental to your success will be your ability to optimize deal workflows, enforce pricing and governance guidelines, and continuously improve systems and processes to support efficient execution at scale.

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure pricing structures support efficient deal execution and align with company policies across teams.

Help drive process improvements, AI transformation andimprove tool optimizationthatpromoteefficiencies in the sales/pricing/contracting/revenue process.
Building strong relationships cross functionally Sales/RevOPs/ Enablement / Legal / RFPs / teams that will helpidentifyfriction points and implement solutions to solve them.
Strong collaboration with Sales Enablement to guide and train the sales team ontheuseof pricingbest practices.
Buildandmaintainstrong internal process documentationvia confluenceand training for the pricing team,enablingand mentoring team members.
Guide and support front-line salesregardingdeal structure support and pricing optimization that adheres to company policies around pricing, discount, and margin strategies.
Providing support for standard and non-standard deals to sales and customer success, fromRFPsto contract completion.
Project workand assignmentsas required.

The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidates relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience.
