You will report directly to the Mine Operations Superintendent and collaborate with Production Supervisors to optimize mining operations and manage the mining fleet effectively. A focus on performance monitoring and adherence to safety values is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for safety protocols and company values
• Ensure compliance with legislation and standards
• Monitor key performance indicators and capture data
• Plan and execute continuous operations of haul fleet
• Coordinate equipment repairs with maintenance team
Requirements:
• 8+ years of open pit mining experience
• Advanced knowledge of CAT MineStar
