As part of BayCare’s dedicated team, you will conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ communication and swallowing abilities. This role requires collaboration with physicians and rehabilitation experts while developing personalized treatment plans. You’ll educate patients and their families about therapy goals and contribute to ongoing recovery with your clinical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for speech and swallowing
• Develop individualized therapy plans with actionable goals




• Collaborate with medical staff for coordinated patient care
• Educate families on therapy progress and recovery strategies
• Document and maintain accurate clinical patient records

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
