In this full time role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences, installing and maintaining Rogers Xfinity offerings. Your tasks will involve using advanced test equipment and ensuring accurate system documentation. You will collaborate with internal teams to swiftly resolve customer issues and contribute to operational excellence in telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install Rogers Xfinity services including Internet, Home phone, and TV
• Maintain and service products through in-home support for customers




• Operate test equipment for coaxial and fiber systems
• Keep accurate records and support documentation for all work
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-impacting issues

Requirements:
• Valid full class-5 driver’s license
• Comfortable working outside year-round
• Able to perform heavy lifting up to 100lbs
• Good technical understanding and desire for continual learning
• Safety-focused with adherence to all requirements
