What You'll Do
As a Vehicle Advisor, you'll guide guests through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey while delivering a transparent, professional, and enjoyable buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering an exceptional guest experience from first contact through vehicle delivery

Building trust by understanding each guest's needs, lifestyle, and budget

Conducting vehicle presentations, product demonstrations, and test drives that educate and inspire confidence

Guiding guests through vehicle options, financing pathways, trade-in opportunities, and ownership solutions with integrity

Managing customer relationships, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities using CRM and digital sales tools

Representing the ReCar brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first approach

Supporting vehicle merchandising by maintaining an organized, attractive showroom and vehicle display area

Contributing to dealership marketing initiatives, including social media and personal brand development

Participating in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development





Working collaboratively with leadership and teammates to achieve individual and dealership performance goals

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a desire to achieve personal and team performance goalsCoachable with a growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement

Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools

Professional appearance with excellent organizational skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right individual with the right attitude and desire to succeed.
