What you’ll accomplish with us As a Modification Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Process policy changes according to agent and client requests
Communicate with advisors through internal tools (Business Tracker)
Handle urgent cases in collaboration with internal partners
Ensure accuracy and quality when processing contract modifications
Prioritize and manage workload efficiently based on incoming requests

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47,544 and $78,090 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
