Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:30am to 9:30am
Position Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to $68,000, will be based on experience

Supervise parcel dock employees and operations
Lead, coach and train personnel
Daily Dock performance, monitoring and adjustments
Reduce miss-directs and damages on customer shipments
Customer shipment audits when required
Ensure employees follow health & safety guidelines
Cross train staff to ensure adequate dock coverage daily
Action on all last-minute shipment requests

Previous Courier experience is preferred
Previous Dock experience is preferred
Previous Automated Sortation experience is preferred
Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications




Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
Attention to detail in all areas of work
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
