Collaborate with operational and lab managers while leveraging your expertise in network development, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the Institute’s network infrastructure
• Configure and upgrade servers, workstations, and peripherals
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and monitoring




• Provide IT support across multiple locations and platforms
• Collaborate on technology planning and vendor management

Requirements:
• Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Seven years of IT infrastructure support experience
• Expertise with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
• Solid networking principles knowledge, including VPNs and firewalls
• Excellent customer service and documentation skills
