Job Title: Senior Developer IBM TRIRIGA Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Work Mode: Onsite Experience: 7 10 Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer IBM TRIRIGA with 7 10 years of experience in developing, configuring, and supporting IBM TRIRIGA solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TRIRIGA platform development, workflow configuration, integrations, data migration, and application support for enterprise Real Estate and Facilities Management (IWMS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into IBM TRIRIGA technical designs and development solutions.

Develop, configure, and enhance IBM TRIRIGA modules including Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, Service Management, and Capital Projects .

Configure business objects, forms, workflows, queries, reports, portals, navigation, and security groups.

Design and implement integrations between IBM TRIRIGA and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, ETL, and middleware .

Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and application enhancements.

Participate in application design, development, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.

Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, reporting, and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.

Prepare technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, SOPs, release notes, and support documentation.

Follow development standards, secure coding practices, version control, and release management processes.

Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, provide technical estimates, and support Agile project delivery.

Support production incidents, change requests,



upgrades, and continuous platform improvements.

Stay current with IBM TRIRIGA and IBM Maximo Real Estate & Facilities platform capabilities and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience 7 10 years of IT experience with robust hands-on expertise in IBM TRIRIGA Development and Configuration .

Experience implementing, enhancing, upgrading, and supporting IBM TRIRIGA applications.

Strong understanding of IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) processes including lease administration, space management, facilities management, maintenance, service requests, and capital projects.

Hands-on experience with Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Form Builder, Application Designer, Queries, Reports, Portals, and Security Configuration .

Experience developing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, ETL processes, and Data Migration .

Strong SQL skills with Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server databases.

Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Java

Script, XML, JSON, HTML/CSS , and scripting for customization and troubleshooting.

Experience with BIRT Reporting or equivalent reporting tools.

Familiarity with Web

Sphere, Liberty, Git, Azure Dev

Ops, Jira, CI/CD , and release management processes.

Knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA Application Suite, Open

Shift, and cloud deployment concepts is preferred.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
