Chef(fe) de projet, CPX RESPONSABILITS Initier, planifier, excuter, contrler et clturer toutes les activits associes lexcution des projets.

Soutenir les efforts en matire de SST (Sant, Scurit et Travail) et agir comme ambassadeur dune culture de scurit sans blessure ni incident sur le site du projet.

Identifier tous les lments de porte du projet et assurer leur livraison dans les dlais; reprer les occasions dacclrer les tapes critiques.

Assurer lexcution du projet dans le respect du budget; identifier et exploiter les possibilits de rduction des cots.

Agir comme principal point de contact auprs du client et dvelopper une relation fonde sur la confiance et la collaboration afin daccrotre la fidlit de la clientle.

Diriger de faon constante une quipe de projet multidisciplinaire.

Reprsenter les valeurs de Vestas et promouvoir des normes leves de performance et dintgrit.

Encadrer, accompagner et dvelopper les membres de lquipe de projet.

Grer les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs.

Ngocier avec les clients.

Ngocier les priorits internes avec les diffrents services de soutien. QUALIFICATIONS Baccalaurat en gnie civil, mcanique ou lectrique, ou dans un domaine connexe.

Minimum de 5 ans dexprience dans lindustrie olienne ou dans le secteur des services publics dlectricit.

Exprience en estimation de cots dans le cadre de projets EPC (ingnierie, approvisionnement et construction) ou de porte BOP (Balance of Plant).

Excellente connaissance du vocabulaire et de la terminologie cls de la production dnergie.

Capacit dmontre btir des quipes collaboratives et obtenir des rsultats grce au coaching, au mentorat et la dfinition dobjectifs.

Capacit dmontre tablir et grer dimportants budgets et ressources.

Solide sens des affaires et comprhension des impacts financiers des dcisions sur les budgets de projet.

Capacit tablir de solides relations avec les clients et ngocier efficacement afin de rsoudre les diffrends et favoriser des solutions gagnant-gagnant.

Exprience de collaboration efficace avec des quipes rparties au sein dune organisation mondiale.

Excellentes comptences en gestion du changement et des conflits.

Capacit dmontre prendre des dcisions avec une approche quilibre du risque.

Aptitude travailler efficacement dans un environnement sensible aux chances, marqu par des changements rapides et des priorits concurrentes, tout en grant plusieurs tches simultanment.

Matrise des outils informatiques : MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et Power

Point), Primavera Project Management et SAP.

Certification PMP.
