Job Title: Splunk Implementation Engineer Location: Toronto, ON Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 8 10 Years Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Splunk Implementation Engineer with strong expertise in Splunk, Dynatrace, and AIOps to implement and support enterprise observability and monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Splunk and Dynatrace platforms, onboarding data sources, developing dashboards and alerts, integrating with enterprise tools, and enabling proactive monitoring across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and network environments.

Now Integration CI/CD Integration Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments.

Configure Universal Forwarders, Heavy Forwarders, Indexers, Search Heads, Deployment Servers, and Cluster components.

Onboard logs and metrics from servers, applications, databases, network devices, security tools, and cloud platforms.

Create and manage indexes, sourcetypes, field extractions, lookups, event types, tags, and knowledge objects.

Develop SPL queries, dashboards, alerts, reports, and operational monitoring views.

Implement and support Splunk ITSI,



including services, KPIs, Glass Tables, correlation searches, and notable events.

Deploy and configure Dynatrace One

Agent across servers, VMs, containers, Kubernetes, cloud, and application environments.

Configure application, infrastructure, API, database, and cloud monitoring using Dynatrace.

Implement Dynatrace Davis AI for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, service flow, and dependency mapping.

Configure dashboards, management zones, tagging, synthetic monitoring, real-user monitoring, and alert profiles.

Integrate Splunk and Dynatrace with Service

Now, CI/CD pipelines, automation platforms, and enterprise monitoring tools.

Troubleshoot monitoring issues and optimize observability solutions across enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications 8 10 years of experience in Splunk and Dynatrace implementation.

Strong hands-on expertise in Splunk Enterprise/Splunk Cloud administration.

Experience with Splunk ITSI, Enterprise Security (ES), and SPL query development.

Hands-on experience implementing Dynatrace monitoring and AIOps capabilities.

Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, Cloud Platforms, and enterprise infrastructure monitoring.

Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ITSM and Dev

Ops tools.

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills BFSI or Enterprise Infrastructure domain experience.

Experience with Dev

Ops, CI/CD, and automation tools.

Knowledge of cloud-native monitoring and observability best practices.
