Your new role As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of interior design solutions across all project stages.

You will contribute to design concepts, coordinate project activities, and support the delivery of high-quality work that meets project timelines and budgets.

Your responsibilities will include: Conducting site surveys, feasibility studies, and research on materials and furniture systems Supporting the development of design concepts and schematic solutions Preparing presentation boards and client-facing materials Producing drawings, 3D models, and renderings aligned with established standards Attending and contributing to project meetings to coordinate deliverables and requirements Preparing furniture procurement documentation and managing FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) processes,



including delivery Staying up to date with design trends, suppliers, and presentation techniques and applying them to project work Preparing and coordinating construction drawings using Revit What you''ll need to succeed Post-secondary education in Interior Design or a related discipline 710 years of professional experience in interior design Strong proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Demonstrated creativity, design sensibility, and solid presentation skills Knowledge of building codes and familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural coordination Proven experience in project delivery, project management, and client coordination Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Membership with a recognized interior design association (considered an asset) What you''ll get in return Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors A collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression
