Lead end-to-end project delivery for cold storage and food processing construction projects Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting Manage subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, food-grade requirements, and regulatory compliance Drive project execution to meet or exceed timelines, budget, and quality expectations Coordinate RFIs, change orders, and contract administration Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact project delivery What you must have: 7+ years of progressive construction project management experience Strong background in industrial, cold storage, food processing, or similar environments Proven ability to manage large, complex, and fast-moving projects Deep understanding of construction sequencing, mechanical systems, and building envelopes in temperature-controlled environments Strong financial and contract management skills Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities Highly organized, accountable,
