Projects include tenant improvements, interior fit-ups, renovations, occupied-space construction and occasional new build projects for a variety of private and public-sector clients.

Your new role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of multiple construction projects.
You will work closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
Projects typically range from $500K to $5M, although larger projects in the $10M-$30M range are also part of the portfolio.
There is a travelponent to this job where you will be required to be out of town for 3-4 days at a time occasionally.
