Skill Level: Senior Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension beyond March ) Location: Fully Remote, EST hours required (open to candidates anywhere in Canada) Industry: Beverage Distribution / Consumer Goods Our client is a large national beverage distributor currently executing a significant Data & AI modernization program.

The VP of Data & AI is overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and needs a hands-on delivery professional to own execution day to day.

This is a high-visibility, hybrid role that requires equal comfort working at the project execution level as it does presenting to VP and C-suite stakeholders.

Phase 2 of the program kicks off in October and runs through March, making the delivery discipline and change management experience of the successful candidate critical to its success.

You will be the client-side execution lead across the following active workstreams: Snowflake Data Platform build (largest initiative; Phase 1 completing mid-September, Phase 2 October through March) SAP S/4HANA program coordination (strong focus in Phase 2; SAP experience a significant asset) Data governance program delivery Data management automation , streamlining and automating key operational data processes AI use case delivery , coordinating execution of early-stage AI initiatives Enterprise vendor management , serving as the primary client-side coordinator for a major external modernization partner Own hands-on delivery coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams, including active management of Jira boards, backlogs, and sprint tracking Lead change management efforts across cross-functional teams, driving alignment, adoption, and stakeholder buy-in throughout the program Serve as the VP''s primary execution partner,



removing blockers and maintaining program momentum Manage the relationship with a large external vendor, ensuring accountability and alignment on the client side Prepare and present explicit, structured updates to the VP and C-suite leadership Track program financials, budgets, and resourcing; surface risks and flag variances proactively Build and maintain reporting cadences and delivery governance where gaps currently exist Align cross-functional teams including data engineering, platform, AI, and business stakeholders Must-Have Requirements: Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Program Manager with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end at a hands-on level (this is not a pure executive advisory role) Strong change management experience, with the ability to drive alignment and adoption across technical and business teams Comfortable operating at all levels: hands-on in Jira and sprint tracking through to executive stakeholder communications Solid understanding of Data and AI environments , with the ability to operate credibly alongside technical teams Familiarity with data platform delivery such as Snowflake implementations, cloud data migrations, or data governance programs Experience managing or coordinating with large external vendors or system integrators Excellent communicator, comfortable preparing and presenting to VP and C-suite stakeholders Financially literate, with the ability to track budgets and manage vendor costs Comfortable building structure and governance in environments where they do not yet fully exist Available to work EST hours, based anywhere in Canada Nice to Have: SAP S/4HANA program delivery experience (strong asset given Phase 2 scope) Background in beverage, CPG, or distribution industries PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI project delivery
