Oversees merchandising, marketing, inventory purchasing, vendor relationships, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Manages budgets, controls expenses, and drives profitability while ensuring productive operations.
Provides leadership, coaching, training, and performance management to team members and maintains adherence to loss prevention, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
