and proposed solutions -Update documentation and procedures essential for associates -Create tools to facilitate payroll knowledge mastery (e.g., quizzes, learning capsules, etc.) -Monitor associates technical progress -Provide weekly progress updates Required qualifications to be successful in this role: -College diploma in administration, accounting, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience -Minimum of 3 years of payroll-related experience -Advanced knowledge of payroll concepts, including earnings and deductions setup, matrices, and procedures -Knowledge of a payroll application (Nethris Internet Suite) -Knowledge of the Opra application -Coaching skills -Strong customer service and organizational skills -Excellent problem-solving and work organization abilities -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
Point) and Internet navigation -Knowledge of various client-used products, solutions, and contributions such as: group insurance, CCQ, report generator, general ledger interface, etc. ASSETS: Training in Understanding Payroll Principles and Mastering Payroll Legislation from Ahuntsic College, or PCP certification from the Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position.
This range is determined based on various factors, including skill level, geographic market, experience and education, as well as licenses and certifications.
Compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45, to $75,.
