Summary: Location: Montreal, QC Responsibilities: Support the program manager in conducting all activities, including stakeholder alignment and planning.
Produce deliverables such as Roadmaps, KPIs, and Financials for key committees composed of top management members.
Take ownership of several specific initiatives.
Define the product vision with key stakeholders.
Identify business needs and facilitate governance.
Align the product team with central IT.
Manage risks, quality, and issues.
Coordinate go-to-market actions.
Act as a liaison between all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Design the Target Operating Model for Cash Management operations and servicing, coherent with the product offer and portfolio development.
