What you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this vital role, your background should include fluent bilingualism in French and English, at least 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred IICRC certifications are a plus Do you drive profitability while leading and inspiring a team?
