Overview Our client, one of Canada''s leading banks, is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support transformation initiatives within its Credit Processing Services (CPS) team for an initial one year contract.

This role will focus on leading change management activities, process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation while supporting lending and credit administration functions.

Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week Responsibilities: Lead and execute change management initiatives supporting business transformation.

Drive process improvement and operational standardization across lending operations.

Develop stakeholder communications, training materials, and change adoption plans.

Conduct impact assessments, identify risks,



and implement mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and delivery.

Must Have: 5+ years of Change Management experience. 2+ years of banking experience. 2+ years of lending or credit administration experience.

Experience identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements.

Business-related educational background.

Nice to Have: Experience with MS Visio .

Experience supporting operational transformation within financial services.

Knowledge of lending operations or credit processing.
