Title: Solution Integration (SI) Detail Architect Location: Montreal OR Toronto, ON Duration: 06-12 months Job description: We are seeking a skilled Solution Integration Detail Architect to join our team for a 6 to 12-month assignment.

This role requires working 3-4 days from the office and 1-2 days from home.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in HLD to LLD conversion and technical design documentation.

Robust expertise in integration design and delivery, specifically in API integrations (REST/SOAP).

Hands-on experience with integration patterns (event-driven, batch, synchronous/asynchronous).

Experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments.

Prior work experience at client or in the client''s industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience across both usage and inventory domains.

Exposure to TM Forum (eTOM, SID, Open APIs).





Experience with Canadian telecom clients (Bell, Rogers, TELUS).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Convert high-level architecture into detailed LLD artifacts, including integration flows, sequence diagrams, and interface specifications.

Design and document system-to-system data flows and event-driven or batch integration patterns.

Work across telecom systems such as CRM, order management, billing, and OSS/inventory platforms.

Define and document error handling and data validation mechanisms.

Collaborate with solution architects, development and QA teams, and business stakeholders to support design clarifications and issue resolution.
