Must Have Requirement: 1-3 Years as a Business System Analyst Strong understanding of application-based environments Nice to Have: Experience with fixed income applications (e.g., TOMS, Bloomberg, Broadway, Axe, etc.) Java, Python Front Office experience Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills Business-facing mindset Critical thinking and ability to problem-solve on the fly Ability to learn quickly and be coached/mentored Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
