Project Manager Industrial Engineering Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Flow Optimization ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about continuous improvement to join a team of professionals dedicated to optimizing production sites.

You will be at the heart of lean initiatives, from the shop floor to management. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead continuous improvement projects on production lines Create value stream maps (VSMs) and identify waste Lead Kaizen workshops with field teams Implement performance indicators: OEE, takt time, cycle time Deploy and maintain the 5S methodology and visual management Collaborate with operators, engineers, and management to prioritize projects DESIRED PROFILE Degree in industrial engineering,
