Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, or related | 10+ years LEO/MEO mission planning, on-orbit testing, and operations Strong space systems engineering orbit mechanics, space workplace, RF telecom Ground segment + space segment knowledge LEOP (Launch & Early Orbit Phase) experience Collision avoidance / conjunction analysis / ITU-FCC-ESA compliance GNC knowledge (collaborates with GNC team) Confluence + JIRA experience English required; French is an asset (Montreal) This role is operations-focused, not pure RF.
Look for candidates who have worked in mission operations centers (SOCC), managed satellite telemetry/commands, and have LEOP experience. RF background is helpful but not the primary filter.
