Overview Our client, one of Canada''s leading banks, and they are looking for a Digital Consultant, Marketing to join a collaborative Marketing Operations team.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned digital channels, driving campaign execution, personalization, optimization, and performance reporting.

You''ll work within agile cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and digital adoption.

Contract: 12 months (extension and permanent chance possible) Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week (Thursday) + every 4th Friday of the month Location: Toronto, ON Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns from planning to reporting.

Execute campaigns across digital channels including websites, email, and digital banking platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights using analytics and optimization tools.





Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, personalization, and delivery processes.

Maintain campaign documentation, test results, and performance reports.

Support agile marketing practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Must-Have Skills 3+ years of end-to-end digital marketing campaign management. 3+ years of marketing operations experience.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target , or similar marketing platforms.

Experience using Adobe Workfront for campaign planning and project management.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills Banking or fintech industry experience.

Experience with Jira.

Knowledge of Agile marketing methodologies.
