The Role: In this role, you will spend most of your time identifying new business opportunities, prospecting and generating leads, conducting client meetings, developing staffing solutions, negotiating service agreements, and growing existing client accounts.

You will work closely with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, HR professionals, and business leaders and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to new client acquisition, revenue growth, client retention, and successful talent placements.

This role balances business development and consultative sales with relationship management and recruitment collaboration,



providing clear performance expectations and measurable results from day one.
