Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Training Lead / Training Consultant to support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation.

This role is a hybrid position working in Cambridge, Ontario 3 days in office per week - (subject to change as we enter the training delivery phase).

This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that drives user readiness, adoption, and change management across the organization.

We are open to discussing compensation rates based on experience.

Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs assessments and develop the overall training strategy, learning paths, and delivery approach.

Define role-based training requirements and create a train-the-trainer framework.

Design, develop,



and maintain training materials using SAP Enable Now (SEN), including simulations, recordings, and job aids.

Support SEN administration, content management, and end-user support activities.

Partner with Business Process Owners, Key Users, Change Management, and Project teams to ensure training aligns with business processes and organizational goals.

Deliver training sessions and coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics.

Track participation, learner feedback, and adoption metrics, recommending additional learning interventions as needed.
