Our energy sector client is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Solution Architect (10+ years) to design and govern cloud and container platforms Join a high-impact technology division responsible for enabling critical market operations and grid reliability through secure and scalable infrastructure architecture.

This role owns end-to-end design and implementation of Kubernetes and cloud environments across enterprise systems supporting a highly regulated mission-critical platform.

The position offers significant technical authority and collaboration across delivery, operations, and security teams to embed robust architecture standards.

Must Haves 8+ years in infrastructure engineering , cloud architecture , or platform design 5+ years designing and operating Kubernetes and container platforms in production environments Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) , Git

Ops , and CI/CD automation Experience with Azure cloud , Linux administration , and vendor solution integration (SaaS, COTS)



A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent) Nice to Have Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), or Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent cloud certification Utilities industry background Previous technical leadership experience Responsibilities Design and govern enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure including cluster architecture, networking, and autoscaling Define and implement secure, resilient, cost-productive cloud architectures Lead environment lifecycle management and capacity planning across compute, storage, and network layers Provide architectural guidance on production readiness, risk assessment, and non-functional requirements Plan and forecast network capacity , ensuring scalability and low latency Oversee and validate vendor deliverables for architectural compliance and quality Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and contribute to technology roadmap development
