Morguard is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions for the Property Operations of the assigned residential portfolio(s) to ensure budgets are met and resident relations are positive. You will supervise site operations, leasing activity, staff recruitment and training, and coordinate with contractors while upholding safety, compliance, and company policies across North America.
