The primary focus of the Collection Technician would be to work independently on various office administrative duties and other duties as assigned by management.

You will be responsible to work in conjunction with the Clinic Team Lead and Regional Manager.

Check protocols and procedures; After-hours collections will be required on a rotating basis; Answer phones, book appointments, greet customers; Customer service and relations as appropriate; Organize and maintain paperwork flow and process; Other duties as assigned.

What you need to be successful in the role: High school diploma; 6+ months experience in the medical lab/technician field would be preferred; Excellent customer service & communication skills; Detail oriented with accuracy Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation as this role could require travel within the region If you want to work in an environment that is positive, challenging, and safe; where your contributions are valued, this role may be right for you.
