Responsibilities Deliver personalized academic support tailored to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Adapt teaching methods, materials, and pacing to meet individual learning needs Foster emotional regulation, executive functioning, communication, and social development where appropriate Collaborate with families, the Prep Academy Tutors team, and/or a Registered Behaviour Analyst to support student progress Create engaging, supportive, and structured learning experiences Maintain professionalism, empathy, and consistency in all interactions Qualifications Background in Special Education, Autism & Behavioural Science,
