About Our Client Our client in the real-estate industry located in North York , is hiring a Development Accountant for a permanent position Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable for multiple entities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment administration.

Prepare bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, intercompany billings, journal entries, and HST filings.

Monitor the AP inbox, maintain electronic records, and coordinate invoice and payment approvals.

Prepare cash flow projections, manage cash flow, and support audit and quantity survey requests.

Assist with property accounting functions and special projects as required.





Qualifications 2 + years of construction or project-based accounting experience Yardi Voyager software would be an asset Solid Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
