and performance analysis -Collaborate in identifying training needs and participate in internal training initiatives -Provide support to advisors on different applications -Perform administrative tasks Required qualifications to be successful in this role: -College or university education in education, andragogy, human resources, accounting, or a related field -At least three years of experience in training, skills development, payroll, or a related field -Knowledge of adult learning principles -Experience designing blended learning programs using various methods -Strong consulting skills with a wide range of stakeholders -Analytical and synthesis skills -Strong ability to manage priorities, with good organizational and planning skills -Ability to manage multiple projects -Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) in French and English -Demonstrates a high level of creativity -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power

Point) -Comfortable with computer tools -Knowledge or proficiency with a learning platform -Knowledge of payroll (asset) Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris or EmployeurD, an asset) Customer service knowledge (asset) CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position.
