IREN is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our Prince George data centre operations. This role oversees inbound and outbound materials, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures effective warehouse organisation to support mission-critical infrastructure.

IREN is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our Prince George data centre operations. This role oversees inbound and outbound materials, maintains accurate inventory, and ensures efficient warehouse organisation to support mission-critical infrastructure.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience preferred.
- Skid steer and telehandler certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Ability to frequently lift and move packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime as required.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

- Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or data centre environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards.

Working Conditions

- Industrial warehouse and data centre environment.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and noise levels.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Job Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, and verify inbound shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Safely load outbound shipments and coordinate material transfers between internal departments or external partners.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Organise and manage warehouse layout to optimise storage efficiency and material accessibility.
- Operate skid steer,



telehandler and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Support asset tracking and materials management for critical data centre equipment and infrastructure components.
- Ensure proper labelling, documentation, and storage of equipment, parts and consumables.
- Accurately process goods receipts in the ERP system, ensuring timely and correct inventory transactions.
- Investigate and document discrepancies including shortages, damages or incorrect shipments; coordinate resolution with Procurement and vendors as required.
- Maintain receiving documentation, packing slips and proof‑of‑delivery records in accordance with company controls and audit requirements.
- Ensure proper labelling, asset tagging and serial number tracking for critical infrastructure components upon receipt.
