The Supervisor will support daily dock operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role is responsible for directing floor activity, coordinating staff, and keeping freight moving safely and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person on shift: managing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring operations stay on track.

Training will take place on day shift, with a transition to a 4-day, 12-hour night shift schedule (Thursday–Sunday) once training is complete. Responsibilities

- Assign work and guide warehouse associates throughout the shift




- Act as the main point of direction on the floor
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movement
- Monitor workflow and adjust priorities as needed
- Complete and maintain required daily reports
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets operational standards
- Supervise and direct dock and warehouse operations

Requirements

- Previous experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, or foreman role
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Robust ability to manage people and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable making decisions and keeping operations moving
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Experience with dock/shipping operations is an asset
