This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technical information, and ensuring accuracy in a quick-paced environment.:What You'll DoReview equipment warranty coverage and determine claim eligibilityAudit service work orders and repair documentation for warranty compliancePrepare, submit, and track warranty and goodwill claims with manufacturers and suppliersInvestigate warranty registration discrepancies and coordinate resolutionAct as a liaison between service teams, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty-related mattersProvide guidance and support to branch personnel on warranty processes and claim requirementsAssist with the implementation of new warranty procedures and best practicesEnsure qualifying repair costs are charged to the appropriate warranty or policy accountsReturn non-qualifying charges for correction when requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience in warranty administration, service operations, equipment maintenance,
