Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton SW - Windermere is currently looking for a Weekend Part time Housekeeping Attendant to join our housekeeping team.

The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, disposing of trash, changing linens and beds, and reporting maintenance concerns to management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

- Keep guest rooms, facilities, and common areas clean and well maintained
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and stock restrooms
- Clean spills using appropriate cleaning equipment
- Change bed linens and replenish guest room amenities
- Report maintenance issues or repairs needed
- Collect and dispose of trash properly
- Assist guests when necessary
- Keep linen rooms organized and fully stocked




- Properly clean upholstered furniture, fixtures, and room furnishings
- Follow hotel cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic maintenance and cleaning knowledge
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
- High school diploma preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with guests
- Hard-working, reliable, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work weekends, with flexibility to work weekdays and holidays as needed
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
