- Provide support via the crisis intervention hotline
- Create a welcoming environment in the shelter
- Help women secure secure accommodations as needed
- Maintain the house security system
- Keep daily logs for effective communication Requirements:
- Minimum post-secondary diploma
- Relevant experience in women’s shelter services
- Understanding of trauma effects and Indigenous issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
