Vocational training in welding assembly or 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret industrial drawings and welding symbols Mastery of welding techniques (GMAW, FCAW) A suerior sense of observation Good manual dexterity A sense of autonomy,
