Job description : A well-established manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Manager to join its team.

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for procurement planning, managing a team, and optimizing purchasing processes to ensure efficient procurement and the continuity of operations.

Main Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate the procurement team; Plan purchases and ensure the availability of raw materials and components; Optimize inventory levels using the MRP system; Develop and maintain solid relationships with suppliers; Manage issues related to lead times, quality, quantities, and costs; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; Collaborate with the production, planning, and operations teams to ensure a smooth supply chain.

Skills and qualifications: At least 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment; Experience in team management; Proficiency with an MRP system (ERP is a plus); Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Inspiring leadership, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset; Working knowledge of English to communicate with certain suppliers.
