Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive hiring experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple hiring requirements in a quick-paced, on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Create and publish job advertisements across job boards, career portals, and social media platforms.

Source qualified candidates through Linked

In, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Coordinate offer rollouts, background verification, and pre-onboarding activities.





Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline. 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening capabilities.

Familiarity with Linked

In Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.

High attention to detail with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Willingness to work on-site.

Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for healthcare, operations, customer support, or similar industries.

Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
