We are looking for operators to join our evening shift team at the Corian® Quartz facility in Thetford Mines, Canada. The role requires working 40 hours per week spread across five shifts, Monday through Friday, from 15:00 to 23:00.

Responsibilities

- Understand and adhere to safety requirements.
- Patrol the designated area to monitor equipment and process conditions to ensure compliance with standardized operating procedures and environmental regulations.
- Perform shutdown, clean‑up and safety measures for maintenance work.
- Maintain continuous operation in a process.
- Understand the steps of the process and equipment.
- Execute equipment cleaning for color transition.

Qualifications

- High‑school diploma.
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
- Speaking fluently in French.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
- Good physical condition (able to climb stairs and lift up to 30 lbs).




- Ability to perform tasks that involve repetitive movements.
- Able to work in moderately hot conditions.
- Experience in a factory setting is an advantage; a forklift license is also advantageous.

- Base pay starting at $24.52hr, potentially increasing to $30.14hr with skill acquisition, plus an evening shift premium of $1.75hr.
