and preparation of offer and regret lettersPrepare and translate HR documentation and communications as required in both English and FrenchCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a positive and compliant onboarding experienceSupport performance management processes, including annual reviews and ongoing employee development initiativesAssist with benefits and compensation administration and respond to employee inquiriesMaintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrityIdentify training needs and assist with coordinating internal and external training programsSupport HR initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and special assignments as requireThe Ideal Candidate:Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, or similar roleFluently bilingual in English and French (written and verbal), with the ability to support employees, prepare documentation, and conduct HR conversations in both languagesStrong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, employment standards, and human rights requirementsProven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsProficiency with Google Suite Complimentary Experience:CHRP designation or actively working toward a professional HR designationExperience supporting multi-site or operational environmentsLogic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions is dedicated to supporting opportunities that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
