Position
What We Offer
- 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
- Weekly team BBQs and company events

- Company truck available for qualified foremen
Responsibilities
- Lead a small crew on gardening and landscape maintenance projects
- Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
- Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Provide excellent service to our clients
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of landscaping or gardening experience
- Strong knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance
- Leadership experience or the ability to lead a small crew
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
