What you’ll need

- Journeyperson welder certification
- High school diploma or equivalent, or technical training
- MIG welding experience
- Experience with fitting and fabrication
- Ability to interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings
- Experience maintaining welding specifications
- Ability to set up and operate welding equipment
- Experience with metal cutting and trimming
- Experience inspecting weld quality
- Ability to perform hydro, air, and dye penetrant testing
- Ability to assist lower and equal-level employees
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
