- A passion to build a career in workplace technology and IT support
- Previous exposure to IT support through education, internships, or work experience preferred
- A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proactive and responsible with strong ownership of tasks
- Interest in sports, entertainment, or working within a dynamic agency environment is a plus
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS platforms; familiarity with endpoint management tools like Intune is advantageous
- Comfortable managing support tickets and providing detailed status updates
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, with Jira preferred
- Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Office 365, including troubleshooting syncing and access issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software, and access permissions
What the job involves
- As a Workplace Technology Analyst, you will be a key part of the employee experience team, ensuring that our global colleagues have the best tools and technology support necessary to perform at their best
- You will engage directly with users to resolve technical issues across Windows and macOS platforms as well as support a range of cloud-based SaaS tools in a rapid-paced, global environment
- Serve as the first point of contact for workplace technology support requests from the global team
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues on Windows and macOS devices
- Support onboarding processes for new employees with technology setup
- Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and automation through collaboration with senior team members
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in workplace technology and user experience
