In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll help facilitate activities and workshops while creating a supportive atmosphere for marginalized youth populations. Engage with youth to connect them to vital services and ensure they feel valued and safe. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and introduce new youth to the Hub
- Explain and assist with the digital registration process
- Engage positively with youth in activities
- Refer youth needing specialized support to clinical staff
- Facilitate life skills and social skill groups Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in social services or related field
- Lived experience in mental health or substance use is an asset
- Bilingualism in French/English mandatory
